March 13, 2017 - The Coal Markets Report has been updated for the business week ending March 10, 2017.

For the week, spot prices:

-          Decreased $1.25 to $45.00 in Northern Appalachia

-          Decreased $0.05 to $11.45 in Power River Basin

-          Decreased $0.20 to $39.90 in Uinta Basin

All spot prices have remained unchanged from the week ending March 3, 2017.

Spot prices are in dollars per short ton and are for delivery in Q2 2017.                                                

NYMEX coal future prices are available through Friday, March 10, 2017.*

*Please note that future prices for NYMEX Appalachian and Indonesian McCloskey coal are no longer available.
