November 2, 2018 - American Electric Power is currently seeking bids for the supply of coal to one or more of its power generating stations. Delivery dates, method, and coal types are as follows:

Delivery for November - December 2018 and/or 1Q19 t

• For Central Appalachian Basin Barge or CSX Rail Coal.

• For Illinois Basin coal.

• For Colorado Basin coal

Up to 1 250 000 tpy in calendar years 2019 through 2021

• For Central Appalachian Basin Barge or CSX Rail Coal.

• For Colorado Basin coal.

AEP is open to alternative pricing structures or other innovative, value-added concepts. Proposals with alternative terms will be accepted. Accepted bids will be at AEP's discretion.
