MSHA Annual Inflation Adjustment for Civil Penalties
January 15, 2021 - On Jan. 14, 2021, the U.S. Department of Labor published a final rule in the Federal Register that adjusts the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s civil monetary penalties for inflation. Penalties will increase by 1.01182% for 2021.
