September 7, 2021 - The Coal Markets Report has been updated for the business week ending September 3, 2021.

For the week, spot prices:

• Increased $1.45 to $13.35 in Powder River Basin

• Increased $0.65 to $35.90 in Illinois Basin

• Increased $0.75 to $30.25 in Uinta Basin

• Increased $1.95 to $65.80 in Central Appalachia

• Increased $2.10 to $58.85 in Northern Appalachia

Spot prices are in dollars per short ton and are for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2021.
