May 7, 2023 - Online registration will open next Wednesday (May 10) for the Annual Membership Meeting set for August 10-12th at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs.  Here is the preliminary program for this years’ event. 

Please note a special block of rooms at a discounted rate are being held under a specific code which can be obtained upon registering with WVCA.

The online registration form will contain a general solicitation for event sponsors and a call for general door prizes.  Please consider one of these opportunities towards a fun and successful meeting.
