Re:       WVCA Letter to Governor Morrisey on HB 2014

Here for your awareness is a letter to Governor Morrisey expressing our interest to implement the coal provisions contained in HB 2014 (Microgrids/Data Centers) as soon as possible.  An Abstract of HB 2014 is here. 

We also take opportunity to reaffirm our support for Charlotte Lane to be reappointed as Chair of the WV Public Service Commission.  The role of the PSC is critical to our success under HB 2014.  If you have a line of communications with Governor Morrisey, it would be helpful and timely to weigh in and express your support for Charlotte.
