May 5, 2025 - Jennmar, a portfolio company of FalconPoint Partners, has successfully acquired Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance, a company based in Wheeling, West Virginia, that specializes in equipment maintenance and repair services for the construction, mining, and oil and gas sectors. 

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. 

Jennmar is known for providing infrastructure products and specialized services across the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries. 

Following the acquisition, Jennmar Services will take over Rohrig's current customer contracts and will maintain operations at existing Rohrig facilities.
