May 8, 2025 - The countdown is on! It’s eight days until the Metallurgical Coal Producers Association’s annual conference and exhibition, May 17-20, 2025, at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia.  This year we are highlighting the impact met has on the economic and social aspects of regional economies as well as global markets.  Met coal touches all our lives. Our theme for this year’s conference is “Community, Opportunity, Impact…Steel!”

Saturday, May 17 - Annual Fishing Tournament, 6:30 a.m.

Sunday, May 18

Sunday afternoon – Exhibitors’ set-up exhibits

Sunday evening – Welcome Reception

Monday, May 19 - Business session 8:00 a.m. until 12: noon

Monday afternoon - Golf outing

Monday afternoon – Clay shooting contest

Monday evening - dinner and Awards Presentations for fishing, shooting and golf.

Tuesday, May 20 - business session begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. 

Our program is outstanding.  The conference starts with the coal executive’s session followed by other internationally known industry leaders.
