The call for abstracts is now open for the MINEXCHANGE 2026 SME Annual Conference and Expo taking place February 22-25, 2026 in Salt Lake City, UT. Now is the time to be part of the industry-leading technical program. To be considered, submit your 100-word abstract by August 1, 2025.

Author Requirements
  • Accepted abstract authors MUST present at MINEXCHANGE.
  • All presenters must register and pay conference fees.
  • NEW IN 2026: Accepted authors must register by the early-bird deadline, or their abstracts will be withdrawn from the program and not published or promoted.
Key Dates
  • August 1 – Abstracts due
  • September 2025 – Authors notified of acceptance
  • November 1 – Final Manuscripts are due (Manuscripts are not mandatory. Presentations of accepted abstracts ARE mandatory.)
