June 18, 2020 - A woman who sued after being ousted as CONSOL Energy Inc.‘s new president allegedly because of her sex and for complaining about pay discrimination dropped the case after she and the company apparently finalized their settlement agreement, Pennsylvania federal court records show.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania ordered dismissal of Katharine Ann Fredriksen’s lawsuit Tuesday upon the joint request of the parties. Terms of the agreement weren’t publicly available and counsel didn’t immediately respond to Bloomberg Law’s request for details.
