April 12, 2021 - The Coal Markets Report has been updated for the business week ending April 9, 2021.

For the week, spot prices:

-      Decreased $1.20 to $59.70 in Central Appalachia

-      Decreased $1.35 to $52.00 in Northern Appalachia

-      Increased $0.20 to $12.10 in Powder River Basin

-      Decreased $0.40 to $30.40 in Uinta Basin

All other spot prices have remained unchanged from the week ending April 2, 2021.

Spot prices are in dollars per short ton and are for delivery in the third quarter of 2021. There are no available prices for delivery in the second quarter of 2021.
