YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IS REQUIRED! Hotel must have names for

rooms and number for Legislative Breakfast IMMEDIATELY and restaurant must have numbers for dinner. Also, attendance numbers required for annual SW Virginia Legislative Reception.

Metallurgical Coal Producers Association (MCPA) is co-sponsoring the annual

Southwest Virginia Legislative Reception together with Invest Southwest Virginia,

Cumberland Plateau Planning Commission, LENOWISCO Planning District, Bristol

Chamber of Commerce and other organizations and agencies.

The event is in Richmond at the Library of Virginia located at 800 E. Broad Street

(downtown Richmond), Wednesday, January 31, 2024, beginning at 5:30 ending at 7:30 p.m.

MCPA has reserved a block of rooms at the -

Richmond Marriott, 500 E Broad St, Richmond, VA 23219,

arriving Wednesday, January 31 departing February 1. The

room rate is $175.00 plus taxes. We will make reservations

for everybody, just let us know how many rooms you will need

and dates of arrival and departure.

A speaking program is expected around 6:30 p.m. with Governor Glen Youngkin,

Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears and Attorney General Jason Miyares

speaking as well as other statewide officials and the region's General

Assembly delegation.
