February 16, 2024 - The Metallurgical Coal Producers Association’s (MCPA) 44^th annual conference is scheduled

May 18-21, 2024, at the Stonewall Resort, Roanoke, West Virginia. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

Limited exhibit space is available.  The cost for exhibit space is only $850.00.  One person can attend all meeting functions and special activities planned for attendees (does not include golf, shooting or fishing).  Call TODAY to ensure the opportunity of showcasing your company or organization’s products or services.

The conference activities are:

• Saturday, May 18 - Annual fishing tournament
• Sunday, May 19:
• Sunday afternoon – Exhibitors’ set-up exhibits
• Sunday evening – OPENING EVENT -Western Style Pig Roast

Old fashion western-style party --, invite guests to attend in their best cowboy and cowgirl gear. Think cowboy hats, cowboy boots, plaid, and red bandanas. Don't forget to add turquoise jewelry and plenty of fringe.

• Tuesday, May 21 - business session begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m.
