March 9, 2024 - A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Friday declined to rule on a petition from mining company Allegiance Coal USA to toss its debtor-in-possession lender's adversary proceeding demanding $1. 8 million in fees, allowing more time to determine whether the fees have priority over the rest of the debtor's obligations.
