MCPA 44th ANNUAL CONFERENCE * MAY 18-21, 2024 * STONEWALL RESORT, Roanoke, West Virginia

 

 

 

March 11, 2024 - The Metallurgical Coal Producers Association’s 44^th annual conference will be here soon.

 

The conference is scheduled for May 18-21, 2024, at the Stonewall Resort, Roanoke, West Virginia.

 

 

 

Limited exhibit space is available.  The cost for exhibit space is only $850.00.  One person attends all

 

meeting functions and special activities planned for attendees (does not include golf, shooting or fishing).

The conference activities are:

 

• Saturday, May 18 - Annual fishing tournament
• Sunday, May 19:
• Sunday afternoon – Exhibitors’ set-up exhibits
• Sunday evening – OPENING EVENT -Western Style Pig Roast

 

Old fashion western-style party --, invite guests to attend in their best cowboy and cowgirl gear.

 

Think cowboy hats, cowboy boots, plaid, and red bandanas. Don't forget to add turquoise jewelry and plenty of fringe.

• Monday, May 20 - Business session 8:00 a.m. until 12: noon

 

Monday afternoon - Golf outing

 

Monday afternoon – Clay shooting contest

• Tuesday, May 21 - business session begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m.
