July 25, 2024 - The time to register is now to hear the all-star lineup of speakers at the one-of-a-kind Bluefield Coal Sympodium, while at the same time earning 10 PDHs.

There are no less than four coal operator CEOs comprising: Jimmy Brock, CONSOL Energy; Mike Quillen, Founder & Retired CEO, Alpha Metallurgical Resources; Randall W. Atkins, Ramaco Resources; and John Schroder, Metinvest-United Coal speaking at the exciting Bluefield Coal Symposium. There are also two government leaders, one from MSHA and the other from NIOSH, Dr. Stephen G. Sawyer, Director, NIOSH Pittsburgh Research Center.

The Chamber of Commerce of the Two Virginias based in Bluefield and Princeton, WV, together with CoalZoom.com are jointly presenting the marquee 2024 Bluefield Coal Symposium, taking place at the beautiful Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton, WV on August 12-14. The Symposium has the theme Using U.S. Coal for a Better America.

Over one and a half days, there are three technical sessions, two dinners, and one luncheon at this national event. The Symposium includes golf on Monday, August 12, as well as entertainment with special live performances by Twitty and Lynn: A Salute to Conway & Loretta, and an appearance of Exile, who will perform many of their hit records.
