Xylem will display advanced technologies from across its pumping portfolio, including Flygt, Godwin and Goulds Water Technology brands, dewatering filter presses for tailings management and treatment systems for contaminant removal all designed to help mine operators meet discharge regulations, improve operational efficiency, and manage costs. 

The company will introduce its latest Flygt-branded solutions for smart pumping to the North American market. Adding Pareo, a monitoring and control system, to a traditional dewatering pump, now have an intelligent adaptive system that reduces equipment life cycle costs and improves the reliability and safety of pumping operations. Xylem’s Flygt Bibo Alpha, a dewatering pump with integrated intelligence which delivers energy savings of up to 60 percent compared to traditional dewatering pumps, will also be on display.

Xylem’s experts will deliver presentations on topics including smart mine water management,  mine water treatment, and sump design, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, and Wednesday, August 25.
