February 6, 2025 - Registration is now open for the 2025 SME/CAS Spring Meeting scheduled for Friday, March 21 at the West Virginia Training & Conference Center in Julian, West Virginia.

A block of rooms is available at the Hampton Inn Charleston/Southridge for $149 plus tax. Online reservations can be made at Hampton Inn Southridge reservation link for Central Appalachian Section of SME valid through 2/27/2025, or call the hotel directly at 304-746-4646 option #1 and ask for the Central Appalachian Section of SME group rate. You must make your reservation by February 27, 2025 to get the group rate.
