November 24, 2025 - Below is a message from Chris Hamilton, President, WVCA:
We are scheduling two separate meetings on December 2 in Julian, WV and December 5 in Wheeling, WV to discuss MSHA and federal mine safety operations and regulations. These meetings are prompted by a request for our Association to offer recommendations towards organizational, programmatic and other aspects of MSHA’s operations.
The December 2 meeting will be at the WV Training and Conference Center at 431 Running Right Way in Julian beginning at 1 pm. The December 5 meeting will be at the SpringHill Suites at 908 National Road, Wheeling beginning at 10 am.
Please let Jessie know if you or others from your company will be attending.
